I have the 1ZEV on the top of my home screen as well and what does that exactly mean?

Also I got a forwarded email about changing my pass word.

then it give me the directions on how to do so. Is this something that blackberrys suggest. I didn't want to do it if it is not for real. I have not been getting my email messages for that email address. just wanted to find out if others are getting this message.

Because I requested a password change to that address but apprently it wasn't mine. haha.

Anyway does your blackberry take FOREVER to send emails?

It means that you're connected to Sprint's EVDO data network.

Certain email accounts do need to be refreshed in the BIS periodically. You will need to log into the BIS Website and update your account info there. If you're being directed anywhere but the BIS Website then assume it's a Phishing attempt and ignore it.

Sprint runs under 1XEV in other words that's our data network.. Without out internet. It would jst say 1x. And that would for us sprint users meens our data service is off..
