trunc msgs are usually your "sent" messages.
to disable this from happening you have to disable the folder redirection.
From the MAIN screen
1) click on messages
2) click on track wheel
3) click on options
4) click on Email settings
5) click on track wheel
6) click on Folder Redirection
Expand the tree down to where you see Sent Items. Unselect the checkmark beside "sent items" and save you should not receive any further trunc "Sent" items.
If sent items are NOT the trunc messages that are coming through, they were produced because an Enterprise activation was performed. For whatever ungodly reason that I don't care to understand, it retains the original msg that you had (eg i sent you a msg called Work and it had 3 paragraphs of text), after the Enterprise activation, you will have the original "work" email and have another "work" email that's truncated.
