So I have all the emails account to the main message inbox EXCEPT one. Is there a way to configure it so whenever I get a new email for this account, it doesn't show on the main one too?

Im assuming you are on a BES? Your work email is the only one without its own inbox, Only place to get it is the main MESSEGES icon?
This is common. Hopefully RIM will code that better int he future, but for now, it cant happen without a 3rd party app.
"Empower BesMail" .... google it.
Its $20 1 time fee and creates a seperate inbox for BES/Work Email.

This is not entirely true. If the BES server is version 4.1.5 or higher, the BES admin can create a new icon for enterprise mail.

Empower is a good solution as well. Of course this is all assuming the OP is referring to a BES account.

I have been after a fix for this myself for almost a year and I thought I had searched out the answers on blackberry's support site and google. I will defiantly applying this fix next week. I will let you know if there are any issues.
