I have downloaded and installed the newest version of Desktop manager with multimedia suppot, but "Media Manager" is greyed out so I can't sync my pictures, music, etc.

I have a BB curve, 8330 v4.5.0.77 with a 4gb micro card.

When you say the newest version, which version would that be? Did you have a previous version installed before that?

Make sure your downloading the 4.something WITH media manager not the one with out and if version is like rogers on their site all desktop managers don't have media
