I am on wap and can't see your profile. This is in the 8800 section so I assume you have an 88xx series device. What OS is on the device (options > about)?
AFAIK there's no way to hide those fields. FWIW, when I open an email all that shows is the From and Subject fields. If I want to see the other fields I need to scroll up.
I am on OS 4.5, are you?
