[Uniqueness]

I have just gotten a Bold 9000 and my incoming calls do not show the identity of the person ringing me. Can someone please help me with this. Also I cannot find out where i can see call logs. Thanks Alison

Hi Alison,
Sounds like you've got content encryption on to include your address book. If you do the following it'll sort it for you.

Options>Security Options>General Settings>Include Address Book: No

after you save that, it should solve it!

As for your call logs, just hit the call button when you're on the main screen.

I sure it's much simpler than content encryption - it's probably the smart dialling rules not being set correctly.

go to phone call log
press the bb button, then select option, smart dialling

check the country code is set correctly. if not then change it - e.g. +33 for franc, +49 for Germany etc..
