Hi guys,

Im using Win XP SP3, together with Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.6 that bundled with Bold. Recently my laptop, Lenovo X61 got some problem with the usb. so i had to repair the windows in order for me to use external harddisk. the windows repair went smoothly without any problem. the only issue i had after reinstalling the windows is the Blackberry Desktop Manager failed to launch. After i double click the icon, nothing come out. but when i open the task manager - Process, the DesktopMgr.exe is already there. So i think reinstall the apps would solve the problem. unfortunately reinstallation is not solving my problem. next, ive downloaded a new version, 4.7. but still, 4.7 also did not solve my problem. any other suggestion guys? thanks a million..

Did you remove the old versions of DM before reloading? If not, give that a try.

yup.. i removed the old version before installing the 4.7. any other suggestion? anyway, thanks mate...
