Can you use high capacity micro SD cards in the Bold? Also, I know that you can't load applications onto the memory card but can you store the data there?

HC SD cards merely means its over 2 or possibly 4GBs
It is still a standard card and you can use them.

Also, as far I know, you can't store data of apps on the memory card.
