Default Not Getting Email Notifications

Please Login to Remove!

I have 4 emails on my Bold. I am getting my emails from my 2 accounts from school but my hotmail and Rogers (Yahoo!) are not coming to my Bold. I am also having problems getting facebook notifications.

Has this happened to anyone before? Should I try an upgrade?

Hotmail has been having some issues lately. Log onto your BIS account and reset your passwords for both of the accounts. If that does not work delete them in BIS and set them back up again.

you go on BIS, go to edit for the email account and just reenter the password and click save

BlackBerry Internet Service

This is vodafone australia's BIS site
9 times out of 10 you can just google "(carrier), (country), BIS".

Thanks for that. It worked.

Just another question, for this situation I had to go to the Vodafone Australia BIS. I bought the phone in Australia from Vodafone and used it there but I am now with Rogers in Canada. But when I did a google search on Rogers BIS and tried to register it wouldnt let me. It weird that I could go to the Vodafone Australia BIS website and modify my emails and they are not my carrier no more

You should update yuor profile to reflect that.

You obv. havent cancelled you're original BIs account which is why it wont let you set it up on Rogers.
You should do this.

Im amazed it evens works when your data plan comes from one carrier and you BIS is setup with another.
