My new storm will not ring, play ring tones or play music. It seems to have no external audio ability. The audio works during phone calls but no other sound.

When I select play music I get this error -- "Cannot play media while voice activated dialing is active" I can't figure out what I'm suppose to turn off to get the audio to work again.

Any suggestions?

I rest the device by removing the battery and starting again an ringer and media audio are now working.
