I have a Bold. I went to send a email and all my contacts are gone. My wall paper picture also went away.

Here is what is strange, when I go back into my received mails to add people as a contact all their info populates.

As I was doing this and after about 10 minutes I got a cryptic dialogue box with the only option of "OK". it read

"Uncaught Exception: UI engine accessed without holding the event lock"

Can someone please offer some input?

no idea, try a battery pull.

Ok further information. I did the battery try and nothing. I just plugged in my phone and all the re entries just disappeared.

Further question, if I changed to Personal Enterprise acct from Company would it cause all of this to erase?

I did a bunch of google searches this evening. Can someone explain filter options. I appear to have 2. Business and Personal. I saw numerous other posts telling me to check them all. Are there others?

It is quite strange, it appears the information is there as I go to save the contact and all the previous information appears. Phone numbers, address etc. But not for everybody and I cannot find the list anywhere.
