Hi to all, I have a new VP who owns a Bold and I am about to put him on our Corp. BES. Which is the best way for him to backup his pictures, contacts and email if he is getting it. I will speak with him today regarding what he has on his Bold before moving him to our BES. Any help would be great.

CAn I ask why you want to backup the device before activating on a BES?

Hi Midnightdraven, the reason is I do not know if he may have any pictures he wants to save or emails from his previous job. He is a VP in a company which the company I work for has aquired and I just want to make sure if there is anything he needs saved, I can assist him with it.

Use Desktop Manager to make a full backup of the Bold. That way you can selectively restore whatever data you need to. If you have an IT Policy in place on your BES, you should communicate what that policy will change on your new VP's device.
