Default Bold Wireless Email Sync

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,
Great forum. I have a question regarding the synchronization from Outlook 2007 to the handheld. When I move an email from my mailbox in Outlook to an offline PST folder the email does not delete/reconcile on the handheld.

BES - 4.1.6.14
Exchange 2007 Sp1
Handheld OS - 4.6.0.266

On the handheld under options within email, is the Hide Filed Messages set to YES?

Sounds like you don't have 'Hard Delete Reconciliation' enabled on the BES.
If you turn that server-wide feature on, it'll do exactly what you want it to do.

Hard Delete Option is not set. I was thinking this may be the setting that would do the job. Does this require a reboot on the server?
