Mass storage is on but still cant access my blackberry...
Please Login to Remove!
With my old curve I used to be able to access my blackberry files/folders via the my computers in windows.. But on this bold when I click my computer and the H drive (which is the blackberry) it says please insert a disk. Mass storage is on and it still does nto work. Anyone else have this issue or can help me?

i think so try going to the clock then options then where it asks what to do when on charge change it to do nothing
this turns off bedside mode whilst charging then you comp should see your mem card this problem bugged me for about a week!!!

take out the media card, transfer the files to the pc and reformat the media card.

Is the device password protected? If so try disabling the password and then connecting.

How am I going to reformat this card, I dont have a reader for something so small.
Disabled password and try re connecting, still doesnt show up in my computer

If you don't really need the files, then you can reformat on the bold. Go to options > memory > menu button > format.
