Is there a setting that I can set so my Bold will only use the card for data storage?

Basically I just want to be confident that all my data is stored on my card.

For instance is there a setting someplace that would change a path from say something like... "//device/devicememory/documents/" to //device/memorycard/documents/"

Media card is media. You can store data backups to your PC through your Desktop Manager,

You cannot use the media card for data such as contacts, email, calendar, etc.
