hey guys I'm new to the blackberry world, my company made us switch from WM to blackberry and there with AT&T so i purchased an unlocked storm from ebay and i was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue.

if i hit the end call/power button it locks my device i cant end a call or back out of any programs. i literally have to pull the battery if i want to shut my device off. it looks as if someone deleted all the themes on the device it only shows the theme with the lightning bolts but thats not what's on my device. its kind of a weird scenario hope someone can help me out.


and another thing if i install my OS would this help the situation sounds like to me someone deleted something that wasn't supposed to be deleted and messed up the config. but like i said I'm new to blackberry so I'm not sure if that matters.
