I bought a Blackberry Curve 8900, from Phones 4 u on a £40 a month contract with unlimited internet and emails. When I purchased the phone the advisor said to me that the Blackberry data plan was included in the price. However, I have rung Vodafone today and they said that it wasnt on the account and it would cost an extra £10 a month.

Because I have been falsely sold a phone would phones 4 u add the plan for free as I was told it was included in the price,

Sounds like a question for phones 4 u. Hard for us to speculate as to what their business practices are. But if they scammed you like you say they did I would not count on it.

phones 4 u have misread the information in regards to the data plan, or will tell you that what they said is correct and that vodafone is at fault.

I somehow dont believe you'll get them to do anything. they will say what they sold you is correct and to take it up with vodafone.
vodafone will say take it up with phones 4 u and you wont get anywhere.
