A friend who runs a small quasi-government agency in the Boston area needs training for four BB Users. Seems the former IT guy got everyone a Verizon-based BB Storm and then quit the organization without training/instructing anyone in its use. All users are having problems, and the organization would be glad to have the chance to switch to another model (possibly the Tour?), and receive training. As far as I can tell, they are all on BIS, not BES.
