Question Where ma e-mails

Please Login to Remove!

I have just downloaded and updated the following,

BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.7.0.181
From carrier Vodafone.de
Package Version: 4.7.0.245

Lucky i did do a full backup as when I restarted the phone i see all my mails are gone. I tried to do a manual restore from advanced. Nothing - the mails won't come back and i have over 2000 mails in the backup but zero on my phone. Am I missing something.

Please assist
Flye

But it's greyed out, can't click on the right arrow to move them over?

I'm not sure, if you were on a BES, you would delete the "desktop [sync]" service book in the service books and proceed.

Yes i can move them over but they don't appear on the phone. Even when moved them over it shows on the right hand side... but on the phone... nothing

On your phone, go to Options > Status > Database Sizes.

Look at your messages, what are the numbers there?

Try it again, using Backup/Restore > Advanced.

Only select the Messages database, and nothing else.
