I've found my tour to be sluggish even after following the prescribed methods of cleaning memory, rebooting etc... this article also shows a lot of people are dealing with this issue.. MacSpotLight.BlogSpot.com: are new 3G speeds on Blackberry placebo's?

I really hope RIM fixes this... Where do you think the problem stems from?

If there was one 3G tower and one 3G user on that tower, it would be quick, because that one user would be using it.
As everybody is using it on mulitple towers, its just not fast.

I see your point your right. Carriers show all allow Wi-Fi on the devices to ease the strain on the towers. Plus people are forced into the data plans either way. I think Verizon and Sprint are catching on to that. Tmobile and ATT have know that from the begining.
