I didn't think there ever was a delivery confirmation for SMS - on any platform. I believe you receive a SENT confirmation only (a checkmark). Is this what you're missing?

I subscribe to 3 different carriers all provide delivery report service. I have 2 Bold 9000 with OS 5.0.0.348 the D (Delivery report) over the Checkmark is missing so I wouldn't know my text messages delivered or not.

I rolled back to 5.0.0.314 with one of the Bold, the small D letter appear over the checkmark. Any other previous versions work just fine in terms of SMS delivery confirmation. After trying with 2 Bold - I don't think there is a mistake during upgrading.
