Hi Guys,

Can anyone whose done this before tell me if this is a smooth process.
I have a 3GS that is loaded with contacts (emails and phone numbers) that is synched to my contacts on my my Mac.

Does the BB software recognize this and copy to the BB pretty well with both email and phone?

One of the options in the Mac software is to overwrite the phone (the BlackBerry) with the contents of Address Book/iCal etc. I haven't owned an iPhone but I can't imagine that the calendars on the iPhone don't synch automatically to iCal. Same with Address Book.

iphone sync contacts (wirelessly) with gmail. Then BIS your gmail account, download google sync on the 9700 and sync (again wirelessly)

Or if you have Outlook, it can sync to that.

OS 5.0 on BIS with a GMail account can use the built-in Enhanced GMail plugin to sync your contacts. It actually pairs up like a BES would through Enterprise Activation. But, I personally like the sync with Address Book better. To each their own.
