Anyone know how to remove a wheel from the device board?
It looks like it's solidly locked onto the board.

I did surf the net and I did find a company that replaces wheels. It's crazy to send it in for repair...$80.

how long have you had the BB? I had a wheel go bad and sent it back to nextel for replacement. They replaced it for free, calling it a manufacturing defect.

This unit is out of warranty...over a year old

I think that the track wheel is soldered on to the board. If you good at soldering you could possibly change it.
