It has been rumored that .84 is getting pushed out to selected users. Now I hear that .85 is the newest version of SocialScope.

Finally un-installed SS.. It kept conflicting my profiles.. Installed UT again, it's slower then SS but my BlackBerry overall runs alot smoother..

Yes, SocialScope has jumped the shark... like Tweeteev, they sat on the product too long and the BB crowd has lost interest. Rightly so, IMHO.

I sent several requests for invites. They apparently feel that they have enough testers, but if it takes them forever to get the product out, maybe they should try another approach. I agree with FJ - I think they waited for perfection and they will eventually have a perfect product that no one wants because others have met the demand.

If you are going to get .84/.85, you would be notified by e-mail? I still have .44

Go to Settings and click Check for Updates. I didn't get notified for .85 either.

I am trying to stay positive, but seeing as how SS will not even respond to a simple email inquiry I am becoming nervous about the program's viability and development.

I sent an email a month ago and then again two weeks ago. I have not received a reply. It's a great and fun little program, but if their Contact information is incorrect or not checked then something is amiss.

They probably get a lot of emails, I doubt they will ever reply to every email they receive.

They have a decent program, I just wish they would release an update. If this program wasn't so good it would disappear pretty quickly lol

the v44 I am using no longer receives replies to status updates. Any other v44 users experiencing the same thing? I have tried both reinstalling and fresh installing after a BB wipe to no avail.

Are you able to update with other twitter apps on your phone? Have you tried to reach them on twitter at @socialscope?

Is SS still around?

I don't even hear people complaining about their lack of updates anymore lol

Yea that would be it.

The last version was too buggy on my 8330 and it was never updated.

I have grown fond of UT...

If I ever get a new BB (Bold2 anyone?) I will probably go back to SS.. But till then I have UT
