Hey there,

I'm trying to get things organized with the bb, and file emails. Now, when I use the menu button on an email, and try to "file" it, all I see is an option to file it in the inbox - which it's already there, or under folder "spam". And I can't see how I can create new folders.. I hope that was understood...
So how do I create a new folder, so that I can "file" emails?

Without BES, you can't.

Have you tried resending your service books from BES?

Let me take that back. I don't have BES. Is there any way I can do that? With an application or some sort of other solution?

Besides, it seems like a pretty basic function - how can I not be able to do it without paying extra 18$ a month?

A BES is not just paying extra per month.
Its a server, as explained in the thread where you ask about a BES.
Which you pay for, run etc.

There is no other solution.
