Is there a document out there that will tell me what Blackberry's and their OS versions are supported in the new BES 5.01?

Any device that supports your BES encryption method.

If using AES, some older devices only support 3DES and will not work on it.

I believe the only requirement for BES 4.1 and higher is for the device OS to be version 4.0 or higher.
