How do I get album art on my 9700 (ATT)?

I am using iTunes with it but cant get it to download the album art.

Do you see the album art in iTunes? And do you have any album art on the BB, or does none work?

As I understand it, if iTunes has obtained the album art from its online lookup (which is remarkable useless, generally), it should work, and if the album art is embedded in the MP3 file itself, it should work. Otherwise your art will not work on the BB. My wife uses MP3Tag to clean up all her music, and to add the album art directly to the MP3 files, and it then syncs correctly.
