Hi all,
we have recently deployed a new BES 5 setup (upgraded from 4.5) and I am seeing a strange behaviour in the open attachment in emails. Whenever you try to open an attachment a menu comes up to decide if you want to view (using the internal viewer) or to open for editing with documents to go. I tried changing the BES policy to disable everything relating to Doc to go (since they should not be allowed as a company policy) but I still get the same menu. Any idea how I can set it up so that automatically it uses the internal viewer and hides the other ?

You'll probably need to remove DocsToGo from the handheld in order to achieve your desired result.

So your view is that you have to go through each blackberry one by one and remove the software on each one of devices ?

Yes. I don't believe you can remove it using BES software configuration.

So it seems that unless anyone else comes with a better idea, will have to go round each phone.
