Hi I have 2 blackberry 9700, i have just barred one of them as stolen and had it black listed, however I have the BB pin contact on my phone and its still showing as being available :S how can I cancel this? orange said it can be done on the internet ? any clues

if you rang orange, and they said it can be done on the internet and you still dont know how to do it, ring them again and SPECIFICALLY ask them WHERE on the internet

Orange should be able to accomplish this for you while you're on the phone with them. They prefer to shunt you off to the website, but customer service can perform the necessary steps if you're insistent.
