i didn't use DM to make a backup...i only allowed the apploader.exe to load and restore everything...but then i wiped it the wrong way.

how can i use the restore point that the apploader used?

Look for a file with the extension .IPD on your PC.
If there isn't one, you have no backup.

Tell the boss to hire a BES administrator to do it correctly.

Look in BlackBerry FAQ - BlackBerryFAQ for instructions on how to remove an IT Policy...

instead...we got a guy who says active sync is way better and he has no clue how to set up bb. what's strange though...is my password doesn't work from bes anymore. I called tmobile, and the person who added bes a month ago (had no issues) said that my phone was not provisioned for BES and he wanted to add it...but i have a working BES account! weird. i read that FAQ and couldn't get it to do it. i'll start over at home...when i'm not annoyed that we don't have YOU working for us.
