Default dbclean.exe

Does anyone have dbclean.exe? We are having problems with our wireless synchronization to where on our 7290 we are having to manually press Reconcile Now for it to work. I was told to remove them from the BES, run dbclean, then add them back. They also said to do a backup first because you will lose all your setups and profiles on your handheld.

DBClean is not for everyone - it depends, but from what I gather, in the Microsoft Exchange environment the utility, DBClean.exe, cleans out all the BlackBerry settings from the end-user's mailbox on the Exchange server... remember, it all boils down to MAPI [Messaging Application Programming Interface] in the Microsoft Environment...
