Hi!

I´m using skype on my BB Storm2.
It works ok but there is one issue: I have the "worldwide option" from skype and I have an online number (landline number) so that my family can call me on skype from their normal telephone at home (They are dialing this online/landline number).
This works fine for them when they try calling me on this online number and skype is running on my computer, but if I use skype on my BB this call does not get through to my BB.

Can anybody help me with this issue? Thanks in advance!

Is this an international phone call or a domestic phone call?

this is international call from Europe to the US.
I´m in the US trying to receive this Skype call on my BB.

Hmmm .... do you have the Skype application running when they call?

yes, Skype is running on my BB. They say it is ringing like normal but just nobody is picking up the phone.

My BB is not ringing though. And I don´t see a missed call. Neither on my BB nor on my Skype account.

Check your privacy settings in Skype. It's recommended that you set privacy to allow calls from "Only people in my contact list", leave it for 5 minutes, and then change it back to allow calls from "Anybody".
