Basically I downloaded the desktop for the blackberry, connected it up. Then it says sync with music and it ticked Windows Media, but I couldnt select itunes because it says after v 7.1.1, however I have v10 and idk why it isnt working?

Ticked? a little clearer on your issue . technical details seem to be missing but maybe this will help.


Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer with a USB cable.
From BlackBerry® Desktop Manager, click the Media icon.
Under the BlackBerry Media Sync section, click the Start button.
Click Options.
Click the Delete button to remove all music from the BlackBerry smartphone that has been synchronized by BlackBerry Media Sync.
Note: Clicking the Delete button removes all music synchronized by BlackBerry Media Sync, regardless of which library it was transferred from.

From the Options screen, click either iTunes or Windows Media Player in the Select Music Library field.
Click OK.
Click Sync to begin synchronizing content with the selected library.
