Well, it doesn't look like the Autolock is going to work with my 6.0 so does anyone have any suggestions? Many don't have free trials so I'm hesitant to buy something before asking around. Reviews only do so much for me

and none seem to fit the bill. I don't care about anything else that is associated with the program except that it can be set to automatically lock after x amount of time when dim.

I did see someone mention that addonis has a more "bare bones" free version that has autolock on it but I can't seem to find a link.

i have the full version of addonis (never heard of bare bone version) ad the auto lock works great. like you, i have it just for the auto-lock feature. and im running OS6 by the way

The built-in OS autolock feature works fine with mine - password lock anyway.
