I have BIS and BES and seem to have alot of my contacts in my BIS accounts. I would like to have them all in my BES account so that they sync with my work outlook. Is there an easy way to transfer them over. I don't need them in my BIS anymore.

This may help but keep in mind your IT policy may have restrictions and all your data will now be on the corporate side.
