I deleted a few thousand emails from my outlook client and I saw my bb updating and freeing up mail.

But now my messages and all new emails coming into my inbox show a icon of a folder. Like the messages are getting filed!!! and when I open to read the emails, after closing they dissappear!. It is as if my inbox is not my inbox, and if I want to view them again, I need to open folder and choose inbox.

Any ideas how to change it back to the normal view and not getting filed?

Is this happening in both Outlook and your BlackBerry, or one of the two?

It is only happening on the BB. Outlook client seems fine.

Are you using a BES? Do you know which folder it's getting filed under? Have you got your message folders combined to show all messages in your inbox?

Hi,

Yes its combined messages. I'm attached to a bes with the company server. I will try wiping it and reactivate it again.

This only started happening after I deleted 3000 emails from my outlook inbox and it started syncing to the bb.

Wiping and re-activate fixed it.
