First of all, I hate the BB backlight system,cause it`s weak.The difference between 10 and 100 is not dramatic,as you would have expected.In contrast,my Android and Windows phones have a huge gap between levels of brightness-from 10 to 100 there is a long way.Why I mention it is cause I watch movies sometimes and mostly use the BB.(When the others have no battery). At night,in complete darkness,the level 10 is irritating and strong.Too much light.And the screen\keyboard connection means that every single freakin` key is staring at me when I watch the movie.Although I can ignore it,it is still irritating.Can't you use aftermarket software to deal with these issues ? And in the rush,I forgot to mention what I wanted to say first
Sometimes, the screen seems to “light up“ even if it`s set on 10, all by itself and the light dims back.it doesn't last long.What could be the cause ? Is it a frequent issue or am I the only freak out there ?

) as I was saying,although I do love it, I hate it sometimes,for stuff like this.Why did RIM bother to build such beautiful creations and limit them so much ? (Here I list the internet,the backlight,the huge boot time-come on,windows starts twice as fast.and I can't think of anything else now)nice keyboard though
