Unhappy Bold 9650 won't pair with my Volkswagon CC 2009

I have tried all of the recommended steps I've seen on other boards, but I can't get my Bold to recognize the dealer-installed bluetooth in my car. Suggestions? My old Droid is still paired and has never had any problems. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried to pair your Bold with another Bluetooth device? This is to verify that the 9650 is working correctly.
