At time it stop responding to touch, it will come back only if i do a pulling, that is not an issue anyway, but the upper side (time, profile and connection menu) of my screen is not responding to touch, but there's a bit of water (heat) under the touch screen. Should i clean it or replace the touch screen?

Water is not a god thing for a blackberry. you can try replacing it but be prepared to replace the entire phone.
