Hi,

So my friend's BBM disappeared. (phone disconnected itself somehow). A battery pull was done, looked in the files and even tried to re-install the app but BBM is still a nowhere to be found.

If I send a message, it says "D" so we know its delivered.

Have you tried using the universal search to locate it?

Does BBM show in the list of installed apps?

Is the icon hidden, either on the main screen or in a subfolder?

Probably hidden or in a folder. Press and release key "N". Don't hold it down, it would ask to assign a speed dial. just press and release. It's a shortcut to BBM. If it's there it would come up.
