Has anyone installed this yet? We are on MR2 and thinking about upgraded them to MR4.

Yes.
Installed without issue, as usual.
We went from MR3 to MR4, but I can't imagine you'd see any problem going from MR2 to MR4 as long as your current environment is healthy.

Installed it on our BESX - no complaints yet.

When we went to MR2, we had some pending events in which MR2 had an issue where it never processed those events so they are just stuck. Apparently MR3 fixed this issue so since MR4 just came out I might as well upgrade to it.

I can't install it since there is no way for me to download the file..
Tried on 3 diferrent Internet providers, the download is soooo slow and it's doesn't go thru
Opened a ticket with rim to check if theres is another way of getting the file (ftp)?
and still waiting..... arghhhh

Well we upgraded to MR4 last night with no issues. Still didn't fix my issue though where I have now 652 pending internal events. Also my IT Policy is not being resolved correctly for new accounts, just states default. My server engineer is out now so i will have to wait 1 week in order to submit a ticket to RIM on the issue. Not sure what the issue is. The server is about 1 week behind when you look at the jobs. The job issues has been there for about 6 months now but we didn't have any issues with it. We only started to have to have the IT policy issue 1 week ago which prompted us to install MR4 to see if it would fix the issue.

So it looks like the BES is processing jobs after installing MR4 but it is around 7 days behind and not catching up. So if I assign a IT Policy to a person, it takes around 7 days before it resolved. Has anyone seen this issue before?
