hi,
i am new user of BB and having bold 9900, now what i want import my outlook 2010 contacts into my BB, i already install desktop and couldn't go sync contacts as well calender, just FYI i am using same computer with my iPhone4 as well iPad2.

You need to configure Desktop Manager on your pc to use Outlook for contacts. I'm a Mac user so I'm not familiar with exactly where you find these settings, but it's probably in DM preferences.
