Im trying to restore data from my backed up Torch (phone stolen) to my new phone Bold

as the supplyre does not supply tourches any more.

it says all data restored and then when i look for it there is no data to be found

please help as all my contacts is on this backup and its quite urgent

I think it may be happens have you checked backup ( Advance option in desktop software ) before the formatting ? In the backup or restore function of BlackBerry Desktop Software, some of the databases appear greyed out and cannot be selected to restore to the BlackBerry smartphone.
