Hi actualy its my mother's 9720. I also have an 9720. My mother charged het phone yeaterday and last night it just don't want to charge. My mother always plugin her charger gently so I can't think that the charge box is broken. I tried 4 chargers and I tried to charge the phone through my Laptop but it doesn't give me the choice to just charge. When I plugin the Charger it just shows an charge plug at the battery fast then it just go away imediatly. I wiped the phone ant it still does the same. Please don't tell me I must take it to a show to get repaired.

Get a new battery. If you want to verify it is bad, swap battery's and test. if the battery placed in the other phone does the same then you have your answer. If not then it might be the phone or the connector on the one that wont charge.
