I've been using it for years to make Windows icon files. You can save as just about any format you like. It's not quite Photoshop, but you can't beat it for free.

Does anyone know the pixel dimentions I need to make a picture if I would like it to leave the top area with the time, signal, ect white? I have found this for 8700 but not 7100.

none of the links in this thread have directed me to a Image Resizing tool that works right for me, or the link has directed me to a sight where the software doesn't work right on my PC, i use Windows XP home. I want something free, and stupid proof! I am not an intelligent person and don't want something that will only confuse the mush in my skull, just make this picture this size and call it good? any ideas or help out there?
