when i turn my headset on then in the bb try to pair them it serches but never finds the device. i have a moto HS820 headset.

Possibly, are you putting the headset into pairing mode? Just a quick easy thought? and if so, is the light on steady?

From Motorola.com:
PUT THE HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE
1 Ensure the headset is turned off (indicator light not blinking).
2 Press and hold the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds. The indicator light will initially flash, but continue to hold down the button until the indicator light is steadily lit.

NOTE: The blue light will flash as you press and hold the Call button. Continue holding down the Call button until the blue light is steadily lit.

NOTE: If you let go of the Call button before the blue light is on and steady, ensure that your headset is off before trying again.

yea i got it. you just have to hold until it is solid blue.
