I have a strange question. Is there a way to remove the Cingular Splash screen from the startup and the Browser startup?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have already wiped the device and reloaded the T-Mobile version of the OS.

You can not remove the Cingular splash screens.

Sure you can. As I have suggested for icons I don't like, black electrical tape works great.

The only thing I could do in my browser settings is set it to start at your bookmarks as opposed tp the Cingular start.
