I have a Blackberry 7520 w/ OS 4.1 with Nextel/Sprint on a BES. this morning when i turned it on I get nxtl in all small letters next to my signal bar and now i have no services on the phone, ie phone, two-way, email, etc. I have tried the phone in several different areas (different cell towers) and still nothing. has anyone ever had this problem and maybe some suggestions as to what might be the problem?

Go to the security options ( I think that's it ) and perform a master radio reset.

The password is 0000

If no luck, remove the battery and try again.

If still no luck, call Nextel 1-800-390-9545

i ended up calling nextel and that is what the told me to do, it worked thanks for the help.

Usually if you're certain no acct achanges took place. Typically you can perform a Master Radio Reset and a Register Now from Options to address this.
