Um...you don't need to purchase the BB with a contract. I simply purchased it full retail (no contract) through My Account - Upgrade Equipment.

called vzw internet sales support at 888-924-7935... said my order was still automating through the system so they were unable to access it.. i placed it last night.. not sure if this is normal or not..

she said that they can't change it to next day air unless something goes wrong and they need to do the order manually.. not sure if i buy it

i actually called internet sales support, not customer service sales support, so they should be able to access internet orders that is why i called... also because i want to expedite shipping so I can play with the 8703e faster and get rid of this treo!

side question... will the bb 8703e support picture messages? I know you can't take them obviously since their is no camera, but can people send them to you without you having to go to that vzw website to retrieve them? do any 7130e users know?

I am not sure as whether or it supports MMS, but any picture can be emailed to you....
