Default 7250 Verizon Web Browser

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I am pretty new here and new to the blackberry. I do not like the setup of the browser that came with my phone when I got it. I have ran a search and have not came up with much information and I have also looked at the "Attention" threads at the top of the forum. Any help would really be apreciated.

Thanks

Sorry, does anyone know a different application that I can use? I want to browse the web more efficiently and I want to speed it up a little.

I don't know about speeding things up ... but Opera Mini has had some good reviews. You have to keep in mind, however, the limits of your hardware:

- 32MB of RAM shared between the OS, applications and temporary files
- relatively small, low-resolution display

For speed, you might want to verify:

1) Is there an EvDO signal in your area?
2) Has your 7250 been provisioned with OS 4.1 and the latest PRL from your carrier to make use of the EvDO signal

If you look next to your bars of service it should say 1XEV. That is how you know you are getting the EvDO. Dial *22899 on your verizon phone to get the latest PRL.
